De Amsterdamse Ontwikkelingsmaatschappij (EAOM) has developed three high-end apartments on Stadionweg in Amsterdam South.

On a beautiful stretch of Stadionweg (around the corner from Beethovenstraat), an existing building is being renovated and three stunning high-end apartments are being developed.

The project “Stadionweg” consists of three very luxurious apartments with an area of approximately 65 m2 to 132 m2 and will be completely renovated, adapted to current requirements and finished with attention to detail. All homes are delivered standard with luxury bathrooms and luxury kitchens with built-in appliances. All apartments have one or more outdoor spaces (garden, balcony and/or roof terrace).

ARCHITECTURE:
The renovation is currently in its completion phase with the end result being three beautiful homes designed and realized in collaboration with PuurFlow | Atelier Markx, among others.

The tightened influences of the Amsterdam School are characteristic of the architecture of this stately building, built in 1930 and designed by G.J. Rutgers. By matching the appearance and design of the homes to the original architecture now in 2020, there is a wonderful balance between authentic appearance and stylistic features on the one hand, and sustainability combined with a modern and high-quality execution on the other.

ENVIRONMENT:
The apartment is located in one of the most popular neighborhoods of Amsterdam South, namely the Apollo neighborhood. The wide sidewalks and tram-free part of the street provide a spacious and green appearance.

Within walking distance is the cozy Beethovenstraat with plenty of nice stores, boutiques and eateries. You can do your daily shopping in the Beethovenstraat, but also at the Olympiaplein. There are also many popular stores such as; bakery Le Fournil, Fromagerie l’amuse and Marqt.
