De Amsterdamse Ontwikkelingsmaatschappij (EAOM) has purchased the property Nieuwe Leliestraat 74 & 76 for investment / redevelopment. In the short term, foundation repair needs to take place.
The present building was built in 1946, with the top floor added only in 1973. Originally there were two fine properties here, New Lily Street 74 and 76, consisting of five and six stories respectively.
In addition to restoring the streetscape, historical values and appearance, EAOM thus seeks to add five current owner-occupied homes to the Amsterdam housing stock.
The project “New Lily” consists of 5 luxury apartments with an area from approximately 45 m2 which are built entirely in accordance with today’s requirements and wishes and are finished with attention to detail.
