De Amsterdamse Ontwikkelingsmaatschappij (EAOM) is developing a luxury apartment in a magnificent canal house.
This apartment is located on the second floor in former warehouse “De Eene Sleutel”, dating from 1652 and in excellent condition, and has been renovated to a high standard under architecture.
Much attention has been paid to a combination of contemporary luxury and living comfort (including luxury kitchen, alarm system, Sonos, lighting plan and sauna) combined with preservation of the original characteristics and details.
